Objective : To develop a comprehensive training plan that balances technique/mechanics, cardio/conditioning, interval training, & muscle endurance while incorporating rest and on-ice skill development.

  • Monday : Technique & Mechanics + On-Ice Development
  • Tuesday : Cardio & Conditioning
  • Wednesday : Off-Ice Rest (or Light Activity) + On-Ice Development
  • Thursday : Interval Training
  • Friday : Muscle Endurance + On-Ice Development
  • Saturday : Rest or Light Activity
  • Sunday : Rest or Active Recovery
