1. Subscription and Cancellation

1.1 Subscription: By purchasing a subscription to Katy Jo Power Skating On-Demand, you gain access to our premium content, including instructional videos, training materials, and other related content ("Content"). Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis, as specified at the time of purchase.

1.2 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription to Katy Jo Power Skating On-Demand at any time, for any reason, by following the cancellation process provided on our website. Upon cancellation, access to the Service and premium Content will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable: All subscriptions to Katy Jo Power Skating On-Demand are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is made, you will not be entitled to a refund, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service or Content.

2. No Proration: In the event of a subscription cancellation, you will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription term. Access to the Service and premium Content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Modification of Subscription Plans: Katy Jo Power Skating reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including pricing, available features, and Content offerings, at any time. Such modifications will be communicated to Subscribers through the service or by email, and any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property: All Content provided through Katy Jo Power Skating On-Demand is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the Content is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy: Katy Jo Power Skating On-Demand collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on our website or application. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
