By purchasing and participating in Katy Jo Power Skating Coaches Certification Course, you warrant you have read and reviewed this Agreement and they you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree after your purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund. KJPS only agrees to provide the Coaches Certification if you assent to this Agreement.

 

AGE RESTRICTION :

You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age to participate in the KJPS Coaches Certification Course. By participating in this course you represent and warrant you are at least 18 years of age. Katy Jo Power Skating (KJPS) assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.

 

COURSE MATERIAL :

Subject to this agreement you may receive course material. Such information, may include, but is not limited to documents, photos, videos created and developed by Katy Jo Power Skating, LLC. The course materials may not be used for any other purpose, but Katy Jo Power Skating Certification. The course and its material may not be shared with any party. We reserve the right to terminate or revoke participation and certification if we suspect material is being stated with any party outside of the KJPS Coaches Community.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY :

You agree that the materials, the course, the website, and services provided by the provider are the property of Katy Jo Power Skating, LLC; including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce or distribute in any way, including electronically, without written permission from Katy Jo Power Skating.

 

COURSE TERMS :

After purchasing and joining the course, you are eligible to begin on the start date and you must complete the course by a set specific course end date to receive your certification.

 

At the end of the course, you will receive your certificate of completion and may begin using the Katy Jo Power Skating name on resumes, advertisement, and marketing for your business.

 

We do not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to our course or our course material. You hereby acknowledge and agree:

 

 A) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices you make with the KJPS Certification Course and material contained within. KJPS is not responsible for the business growth/cliental growth, or lack there of, that your business may/may not receive;

 

 B) You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own mental and physical health, along with business decisions, and any other action or inaction you choose to take;

 

 C)We are not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to your participation in the certification course;

 

CONTENT POSTED :

Through your participation in the course and your use of the course, you may be permitted to post parts of the course and user contributions as long as it complies with Intellectual Property provision of this Agreement.

 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS :

As a participant in the Certification Course, you are acknowledging you have a current sanctioned number through your National Governing Body (i.e. USA Hockey, Hockey Canada, United States Figure Skating, etc). You are acknowledging all personal information attached to your sanctioned number is updated and accurate.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE :

You agree not to use the Certification Course, Material, or Website for any unlawful purpose any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Course, Material, or Website in any way that could damage the Certification Course, Services, or general business of Katy Jo Power Skating.

 

NO LIABILITY :

The Katy Jo Power Skating Certification Course is for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that any information posted is not intended to be legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice, and no fiduciary relationship has been created. You further agree to participate in the Course at your own risk. We do no assume any responsibility for any advice or information in the KJPS Certification Course.
